#1
Cant think more than a couple of months ahead so here's my goals for the first 2 months
1 - Take my theory test and actual driving test - and pass
2 - Work hard at my Mary Kay business and actually book some appointments and not use all my inventory for myself
3 - Go to Denny's (I know I know but have never been and really want to go)
4 - As always loose some weight (after Ive had french toast at Dennys)
5 - Learn too cook more than chicken stir fry - and do it with a smile
6 - bake a cake
7 - give up eating crisps
Im sure there's more but think that's enough to be getting on with!!
What's yours???

For your cake how about a fruit cake, infusing the dried fruits with porter instead of tea:

1) Complete my first Uni course
2) Exercise so I can wear a bikini for my holiday in mid February
3) Organize my weekday meals, so I cook big batches and don't have to cook from scratch every night.
4) Spend time every night playing games/wii/basketball with my daughter. Just spent 2 weeks doing fun things with her while we were off work/school and then it goes back to only doing stuff on a weekend.
Not sure how I am going to find time to do 1, 2 and 3 but i'll give it a good go.

http://www.instructables.com/id/5-mi...hocolate-Cake/ Though it takes 3 mins in the microwave on ours. Eat it quick mind, or it quickly becomes a puck.

I'll be happy enough with getting through January without any booze or carbs.

1. Read for pleasure for an hour per day
2. Walk to/from work instead of take the bus at least 6x per week
3. Get back into driving (I hate driving
)
4. Put the Christmas tree away...I don't even want to admit how long it was up last year
5. Brew 2 more batches of beer before summer hits
6. Buy some decent summer clothes - I can't put myself in shorts anymore, I just can't.
