Hi all, can anyone who is being assessed by TRA and in the UK please have a go at logging into the online tracking portal ? I've been trying for over 2 weeks now and still can't get in !!!! I need to get my outcome letter from the site, it seems like their server is down .... Thanks

Logged on the other day just after you posted this and it was OK but someone else was experiencing the same problem about a week ago and when I tried then I couldn't log in. I reckon it's their server, probably logged in at the wrong moment when loads of people are trying to log in at the same time.
If you're still experiencing problems then you know what to do, you'll have to call or email them.

Hi derren, Ive also managed to log in twice over the last 3 weeks but the majority of the time their server is down. Never had a problem In the last 18 months I've used it, just recently!! I've emailed TRA and they told me to make sure that I register with the correct details !!! I wish the employees of TRA would read the emails properly, it takes nearly 10 days to get a reply from them !!!!
