I'd say driving without insurance in the UK would be comparable to driving without insurance in Canada 
What do you need the comparitives for - is it to see if you are criminally inadmissable? If so I don't believe that driving without insurance is a criminal offence per se in Canada - I could be, and have been known to be, wrong more times than I am right though

Hi, oops,,,, no insurance or license. So if anyone can furnish me with the Canadian or BC Motor Vehicle Act comparability and what the options for the authorities as way of punishment, please......... I need the info for my extension and PR app.
