state sponsorship refused,, Need advice
dear all,
i have got ACS as network security specialist, i also have done ilets with L8.0;R6.0;W6.5;S6.5.
i applied for SA state sponsorship but today i got refusal from state and they give following reason.
Refused. Applicant has shown very little effort in meaningful research into employment and South Australia. Responses appear to be direct cut and paste from websites with no analysis or interpretation on their relevance to applicant's migration objectives. The response to Section M does not appear to be in 'applicant's own words'.
I AM REALLY WORRIED, PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO

I am not really sure what advice we could provide now the refusal has been received. Other than to try another state and carry out more research before you apply this time?
A few of us were trying to explain the importance of genuine research to the OP in this thread earlier and there are some ideas in there.

Can you please tell us that when did you applied for SA SS, and when did you send them the documents, and after how many days you got the rejection?

To the OP, you've been rejected. You either continue with your life now or you reapply to another state and apply properly this time. It has been said time and time again that a visa is not a foregone conclusion regardless of how clever you are, how good your English is etc etc. If DIAC say no and give such a reason then why should they let you have another go, it's not like taking a test.
They are obviously tightening up on the SS and so they should. Too many people think they have a right to a visa and give only lip service to the requirements. You must think DIAC are really stupid if you couldn't even be bothered to make a reasonable go of proving why you wanted to move to SA.

I'm sorry but I fail to see the point of wrapping things up in shiny paper with a bow on top. The OP basically lost himself the visa by not doing what DIAC asked him to. Short of reapplying either to SA or another state and doing it properly there's not a lot anyone can say.

There are many other states that provide sponsorship for IT people. Why dont you try ACT or QLD ?.
Just make sure you take your time following the instructions on the state's offical website. Good Luck !

hey foha,i can see tht u got state sponsorship...well im planning to apply for the same..jsut need some information before hand so tht i dont commit mistake....did u send standard doc or a job offer as well...i heard tht it makes ur case stronger....but if ur answer is yes then...how did u manage.....i have heard tht aus people dont give offer letter till u physically see them..n tht can happen only when u get visa n arrive at aus....pls help me with doc for state spon

I dont have State sponsorship yet. I applied in late march and still waiting. If you have a job offer, why dont you apply under employer sponsored catagory? It is on a higher ranking than SS. Means your case will be processed earlier than those with State Sponsorship. Dont wait, if you can, apply ASAP.
