30 days and counting AOS and EAD

30 days and counting AOS and EAD
31 days to be exact now.... Still waiting on an RFE for medical for the AOS. Hubby asks every morning, have you checked yet? and of course, I say yes ( even if I havent!

He's getting really antsy and wants to start applying for jobs... Can he?
My friend who just used the same USCIS service center as us, got her EAD and AOS 59 days from the date they notified her it was received... so I am trying to hold off a few more weeks before he starts applying for jobs....
