Hi anyone and everyone. I'm a paramedic working in the UK, and want to learn more about the requirements needed to work in the US. Any information would be much appreciated. Ta for now

Marry a person of the opposite sex who happens to be a USC.

Simple really... you need a job offer and a visa. The former is far easier to get than the latter. Check out this link and see if there are any visas for which you qualify. Then, come back and ask some more questions.

It's nicer than: You haven't got a hope in hell of securing residency through your chosen career -- which would have been more direct.

Anyways, we sometimes find a love interest at the bottom of these naive questions. Best to get it out now than find out 5 pages later.
