Hi everyone,
I'm heading back to the UK for a conference in February from Australia and I've been looking around for flights and there doesn't seem to be any such thing as a cheap flight.
Has anyone else found any?
Thanks,
Karen

What do you consider cheap? I have managed flights in the last while stretching from $2200 to $2400 return including taxes. I see cheaper but I do not travel JAL or China airways or now Lauda air (or whatever they are called now). Mainly because I will not consider the extra stops or stop over or longer travel times to make flights.
Good luck

I guess in the UK to can get cheap flights to most places but that doesn't seem possible from Oz.
I have looked at the really cheap airlines too but found that I didn't save much considering all the stopovers and once you included taxes (which aren't shown on some websites).
I just wondered if anyone had found anything else.....
Thanks,
Karen

I'm also going back Feb Sydney-Edinburgh $1800 including taxes with British Airways. But I booked mine about 4 weeks ago and got an early bird special. I think now it will be more like $2000 + to get just to London.
