Hey guys its great to see a site like this. I moved 2 months ago to Toronto with my soon to be hubby (2 weeks from today.) I've been to Toronto before but never lived long term. Its strange settling in to day to day life out here, is anyone else finding it hard to find real English tea
? I guess im just looking to meet some other Brits who have moved out here and share stories. And get some good remides for occasional home sickness.

The set menu at 360 at the top of the CN Tower is a must. Quite reasonable and includes tickets to the viewing deck. Make reservations an hour or so before dusk that way you'll see the city in daylight and at night.

You HAVE to do the CN Tower restaurant it is lovely.
We also went to a French restaurant called "Le Papillon" http://www.lepapillon.ca/home.html
It is near the St Laurence Market, really worth a wee visit, my husband said it was the best French Onion soup he had ever tasted.

We still live in England at the moment but I always complain about the tea when I go to Canada ha ha luckily my relatives over there buy in PG tips for me now! Hope you get some remedies to homesickness.
Good luck with the nuptials.
