Hi,
Can anyone tell me how long you have to land and get the passport stamped once we get the visas.
We're taking our medicals in early Sept.
And once we land and get stamped, is it okay to wait a while before we go back to actually settle?
Thanks

You have exactly one year to land from the day you have your medicals done. It's not from visa issuance, but medical date. So if you have you meds done in September you will have to land by September next year.
Once you land you can leave again yes, but remember the 2 in 5 year rule.

That's great news! I was thinking we would have to do a special landing trip in the next couple of months.
But with that kind of time we can just move properly in May/June and get our visas stamped then.
Thanks! Hope you're having fun in Toronto!
