Brilliant, our buyer decided he didn't want to buy our house That's what you get for giving friends first choice!

We now have a valuer coming up on Friday, so hopefully she will be giving us good news.

we did that too, we offered first choice to a couple of friends who were really keen, then when it came to the crunch they didnt want it!! so we ended up selling on the open market.

Seems like everybody is putting there house on sale in march! 4 people in work and an other 3 friends are planning too, from looking at other topics on this board it seems people are having trouble selling in the current market, so it won't be helped by giving even more choice to the buyers.

Why are you waiting to March? Have you got a date in mind to move to AUS, looking at the UK housing market it seem houses are taking a lot longor to sell than they did in 2004, There are lots of house that have now been on sale for over 1 year.

How annoying is it???

I wouldn't mind but we were willing to leave all the furniture and everything for nothing.
