Default Pictures from Bonaire trip and parade now on web

Having my trip journal readily available to read is helpful when writing
the captions for my trip pictures. With the journal now done I was able to
finish captioning my Bonaire trip pictures. The album includes nine
panoramas. See them all at: http://donwiss.com/pictures/BON-2005/

I didn't know before I went down that I would be at an evening Carnival
parade. So it was a bonus to be able to attend Bonaire's Carnival Closing
Parade. See those pictures at: http://donwiss.com/pictures/Carnival-2005c/

Curaçao pictures are what's left to do from this trip.

Where I rode is covered in detail in my trip journal. That trip I started
at 9:45 AM from Kralendijk. The Lagun pictures were taken at 10:30. The
picture with the Spelonk Lighthouse in the distance was 11:15. The panorama
from the lighthouse was taken at 11:30. It was 12:45 when I made it through
Boliva and to a paved road. And then only 30 minutes, with wind on my tail,
to get back to Kralendijk. So the total trip was 3 1/2 hours. I stopped
only for pictures.

All pictures on Bonaire were taken from places I reached either by bicycle
or walking. Only on Curaçao did I rent a car for a day.

Nope. I rented on each island. I always rent. The only time I've put a bike
on a plane is when I brought a Dutch city bike back from The Netherlands as
a souvenir. For that I had to spend 20 Euros for a box.
