I figured it would be a lot cheaper, 7 Baht is about $.20 in the states
(www.drugstore.com) it sells at about $4.50 ...
So that would be a price difference of ... 22 times ... 2250%
I know drugs were cheaper in SE Asia (of course) but I didn't realize the
gap was this wide until I heard of the price of panadol in VN ....
