Re: South Australia new SMP
Hello Tiawanna,
I would like to know about recent ACS deeming date.
ACS has changed their reporting format and added deeming date in their report.
My total experience is 5 years 3 months. ACS has calculated this.
But in report, they have provided a deeming date that deduct 2 years from my total experience.
Now..my question is how many years can I claim for my experience. 5 years or 3 years?
please clarify this.. If I get 5 years, then I can apply for NSW otherwise I cannot.
with regards
Sohel

WA State Sponsorship Changes
Western Australia have changed the way in which they make decisions with regard to state sponsorship nominations.
Applicants will no longer submit an application directly to Western Australia but rather mark WA as your preferred state on your EOI.
WA will then contact eligible applicants and invite them to apply. The application to the state will now include a multiple choice test to ensure you have researched living and working in Western Australia.

Looks like WA has removed brickies and hairdressers from their new list... Or am I just blind?

Thanks, wanted to check first as in the main Australia forum there were couple of threads about moving to Perth, in the middle of skills assessment at the moment I think and didn't want to resurrect those in case I was wrong.
