Hi everyone,

I really appreciate all the help everyone offers here. So I'm back with another question...

I know I saw somewhere on the USCIS site the criteria to expedite the I-130 but after searching all morning I can't find where I saw this information...

Can someone help me out with a link?

I'm not saying whether I could qualify or not, just want to have a look.

(BTW- we sent in our I-130 earlier this week. Let the madness begin!!)

Try this. I found it with a 5-second Google search using the terms: uscis, expedite, and I-130. It was #3 on the list.

Thanks Ian. Exactly what I wanted. I think where I went wrong was I was searching the US Embassy site but wanted USCIS and didn't realize it...

Time for more coffee for me!! LOL
