Address not updated on E-Client

Address not updated on E-Client
Hi,
I faxed to buffalo last month asking them to change my address on the record so that i get my next mail at the new address. Its been more than 40 days since I sent that fax and I still dont see new address on the E-Client. Has anyone done this before? Do they change it on E-Client too or its just dont on papers and not on the E-Client. Any feedback will be highly appreciated. I dont know why its not updated yet eventhough i have faxed them as well as mailed them the same request more than a month ago.

Eclient from all reports here is hopelessly out of date. In any case, it is
not the official record.
