Default ATM charges
Just noticed in Mapusa today: HDFC bank are charging ₹200/- to use foreign cards in their ATM (new branch near AJ's Supermarket).
(I've got a local card but in future will avoid HDFC on principle)
Anyone noticed any other (major) banks doing this?
