I-765 Permission or Renewal?
Hi to all,
i got a (hopefully) simple question but, i don't want to make any mistakes
while filing forms to adjust my status.
I am in the U.S. with a K1-Visa. When i entered the U.S. in September 2002
they gave me a 90 EAD shown on the white I-94.
I-765:
What am i applying for:
"Permisssion to accept employment' or 'Renewal of my permission to accept
employment'? (The first thing to fill out on the I-765).

The 90 day stamp is not renewal. Therefore, you are applying for permission to work, not for renewal. I believe the category is (c)(9).
Someone correct me if I have the wrong codes.

That's right. Application to accept employment with category (c)(9).
You're not renewing it because you never applied for it in the first place,
you just got it at the POE.
