Default Visiting Australia, visa question

I'm visiting Australia next month for a couple of days and have been looking into what I need to do visa wise.

I hold a UK passport as a UK citizen but I'm in NZ on a 3 year work permit. From looking at the Aus Immigration website it looks like all I need as a UK citizen is an evisitor visa.
But, when I try to apply for it online I have to supply my current residential address and it automatically fills in UK as the country as I have a UK passport and you cant alter it. You have to fill in an accurate address or it wont process the application!
Anyone been in the same position who can point me in the right direction and save me a call to Immigration to try and sort it out.

I've never had this problem. I've just looked at the online form again. In the very first section: Personal Details, did you put New Zealand as your country of residence?

Hmm, probably not. I'm so used to clarifying that I'm not a resident in NZ, just here on a work visa that I always assume I shouldn't put NZ as my place of residence.
Should I just put NZ as my Country of Residence then, even though Im living here but dont have PR?

Yes, you reside here not the UK. A lot of people get confused between residence and citizen.

Definitely! Fill in Country of residence as NZ while nationality/passport is UK
