Default Finally moving to AD - in 2 weeks

Hi all,

I am finally moving to AD on the 18th of April, will be in a hotel ( Millenium I think ) for a few weeks, then I will need to find a place.

In this order of priority:

1. where can I meet you for a drink in AD ?

2. Estate agents numbers - if you have " good " estate agents numbers, could you please send it to me via PM?

3. Car - I would like to rent one for the first months, either from a rent-a car company or privately. Any advice?

See you soon

Hi Paul

I can help you with the first two questions and I run an informal networking group and we often meet up after work for a drink...and there is a very helpful estate agent who attends regularly.

As for the third I've not hired before but can probably find someone who knows.

N.

There are loads of car rental agencies in Abu Dhabi, you'll have no problem getting hold of a hire car once you get here.

The Millenium is a good place to stay because it's very centrally located and close to some good pubs - which no doub Norm will advise you about.

Hi all and thanks for the messages

You have been very helpful during the entire process of negotiating my move to AD.

I look forward to see you all in AD in 2 weeks time, we'll definitely have a beer ( or more ) once I am there.

Regards,

Paul
