They were there once upon a time, I believe.

Any idea where there is an "old" list? I had a half hearted attempt to see if that was the case. Nothing obvious came up.

Don't know about a list, but wikipedia reckons Argentina had its eligibility withdrawn in 2002.

Thank you very much for the idea. And maybe i will give a try, in that case i will put my experience for people with similar situation, not to complain. I dont want to waste somebody time. This is my situation: i already know 3 different way to get in the states, but involve illegal activities. I am looking for a correct way to do things.

The legal way is to get a B-2 visitor visa, because you are no longer eligible to use the VWP, because you overstayed on the VWP once.

If that's true, then which part of "you must apply for a (B-2) visa" didn't you understand? It was clearly posted 3 different times even before that comment.

Well... by land, by sea, and by air! Like the guy said, "already know 3 different way to get in the states".

That post you refer to suggests that he knows 3 *illegal* ways to get to the USA, and he's looking for the *legal* way.

He should not come back and post the ways he knows to get to the USA illegally...that post will be removed by a moderator.

I was merely trying to point out that there are not 3 illegal ways to get into the US, there are probably hundreds, each more idiotic than the last... and all incurring far reaching adverse consequences, much worse than not being allowed into the US. It seemed beneficial to the OP to examine his particular 3 ways and point out how they would fail.

I see now that posting them may be misconstrued as offering illegal advice to others also stupid enough to think they are the ones smarter than the entire US government and would have to be removed.

There seems little point in making up stories about the efficiency of a system that leaves 3-4% of the population as undocumented
