I would put it that ANYWHERE is nice if you have the money to buy a house and make your future in a nice part of town.
Given the difficulties in actually achieving the move, I'm sure it looks good from the outside - and trust me, you're looking at it from the outside - but the reality is very different. I can't count the differences I didn't take into account when I came here (on a K1, in case you're wondering).
