UK expat mortgage
Anyone had any experience in obtaining a UK mortgage on a buy to let property whilst living abroad? Barclays seems to be my only option at the moment who are willing to entertain the idea

We got one with the Halifax about 3 years ago, through the broker: ADS Mortgage & Financial Planning Ltd, in Maidstone. Quite pricey fees but service was very good and the mortgage was not marketed openly by the Halifax for some reason.
