Default Kid is devastated...

Poor kid tried every method known to mankind to get through to buy a One Direction ticket this morning.... but it sold out in minutes and she missed out.

She's absolutely devastated. It's the only band she's ever really wanted to see that badly.

If anyone, please, has a spare ticket to sell (or a helpful contact) or advice, I'd love to hear from you.

(Given they're a British band and this is a British expats site, I thought I'd give it a go. )

That's bloody ridiculous , these people should be fined!!

On another ebay note, my daughter works in an underwear shop and her manager grabs all the good bargains and sells them on ebay

The scalpers have also gone to town with Radiohead, and Ticketek posted that they'd like to hear about such instances so please do get in touch with them.

Disclaimer: Am in no way connected with Ticketek. Just keep an eye on their page and all the venues to try to get tickets for things myself because, contrary to BE belief, there IS a lot going on here

Not to worry, it's character building. Being able to deal with disappointment is important for later in life.

"Anyone want tickets? anyone got tickets for sale?"

(said in finest cockney accent, because even in Australia I've noticed all the scalpers are cockneys)

Can you believe there is some guy who has posted a picture online of himself burning One Direction tickets.

That's so unfair when there are kids who really wanted them.

My 14 year old cried and cried over him the arse.
She couldn't understand why he did that when so many other kids wanted
to see them.
She is a firm follower on twitter and out of 800 kids on there only 2 YES 2 got tickets. There is a major flaw in how these tickets are sold and end up on Ebay.

Is that a figure of speech or did she really?
