Concurrent I-140 & 485 filed together
Any experts shed some light around timeline for I-140 and I485 filed together. Are they processed concurrently if filed concurrently as well.
Or is it first I-140 approval then followed by I-485 processing.
What's the approx. total time taken for concurrent, I-140 & I-485 filed together.
