Default work reference question

Just a brief question - how many work references does one need to submit *per* job to apply for the 176 or 175 visa

If the one from you HR doesn't detail your scope and responsibilities then it may help to get one more from your immediate supervisor.

My advice is just try to get one reference letter from each of your employments and that is too from the HR department. adding more than one for the same employment will make things complicated. in simple words, just provide what you can prove and that is what they want.. simple as that.

the reference letter should mention all the contact details should there be any requirement of a verifications and all your duties, responsibilities, employment start date - end date, whether it is full time or part time etc.

Hope this answers your question.
