I doubt they will care about your email address. You just need to use a country in EMEA region, otherwise you will not be able to use the details in KVS.

I did a search for dec/jan 14/15 using an account witness an Australian address for Cathy Pacific. No availability at all. Is the above statement the reason why?

Which FF programmes are currently best to sign up to in terms of offering deals for buying miles? My mum has (?had) a Dividend Miles account that we used a few years ago to buy miles for a trip to Europe. This time both mum and dad are planning a trip to Europe next year. They'll be flying out of MEL and happy to go anywhere in Europe (ultimate destination will be DUB). I've just signed them up to Life Miles, but not sure which other programmes I should also sign them up to.

I have no idea why I'm being excluded - account has been active since 2010, e-mail settings all look ok. Anyone have any idea?

Buggered if I can work out how they decide who gets the offers - it seems to me that they're targeting those with a lower points balance?

For example, this latest 75% offer was sent to my husband, who has a measly 1,000 points, while I didn't get the offer and my balance is 120,000.

Similarly, the last offer (25%, 50%, 75% or 100%) - my husband could get a 100% bonus, while mine was 75%.

i have the KVS Availability tool for searches, i am registered with Cathay Pacific and Qantas, but i cannot seem to get any Cabin information for searches anybody got any ideas

Hi James, it might be that July 2015 is too far ahead, airlines vary but most only book about 1 year in advance

How long does it take miles to share over? I did it on the last share but have seen nothing so far at the target account
