OMG i'm so freaking excited!
I moved from the UK almost 3 months ago... before leaving i'd lost 1 and a half stone, but still have about the same to lose. When we arrived i had nothing but good intentions but found it so hard as everything which made it so convenient for me in the UK i've lost..... biggest thing i miss which was fantastic for me was 'chickpea dahl loaf'.
I've gone way off track now and considered joining WW but it never worked for me previously so I'm keen to see what this group can offer in the way of support. I've sent the request now so excited to see if it can help me get back on track.

There is an Oz booked called I Quit Sugar - http://iquitsugar.com/lose-weight-when-i-quit-sugar/
It works better than anything. Look at the sports where the athletes need to 'make weight,' like boxing - the main ingredient they drop is refined sugar.

I live in Brisbane, moved back from 11 years in UK, and miss Slimming World, is this group still going?
