I-864 Affadavit of support questions
My wife works for a small company (just her and her boss). She gets paid monthly. She doesn't get a pay stub. She submits her hours, then her boss calculates taxes, etc and direct deposits her pay. This is all down on an spreadsheet. Do you think if we send the spreadhseet for the last few months along with a letter from her boss that will be okay? Also,is there anything other than hourly rate, number of hours per week, date of hire that should be in the letter her boss writes?"
thanks

Re: I130 Affadavit of financial support
Your post title is confusing - there is no "I-130 Affidavit of financial support"
I-130 is a petition to establish that there is a family relationship between the petitioner and the proposed visa applicant or person applying to adjust status.
There are two Affidavit of Support forms, I-134 and I-864. I-864 is applicable in your situation.
I-130 does not require any financial information. Is your wife preparing her I-864?

Also maybe include a copy of the bank statements which show that amount (on the spreadsheet) being deposited to her account regularly.

If this is for the I-864, then yes, submit whatever she has that proves her current income. And yes, include as many positive details in the employment letter as possible. Key words are "permanent, full time position", how long she's worked there (hopefully it's not only a few months), her income (either shown hourly or monthly or yearly, doesn't matter).
