I get the heebie jeebies east of Maple Ridge !
.. I really like the Fraser Valley. Kind of has the best of both worlds.. close enough to the city but far enough away at the same time. Plus we are much closer to the mountains and lakes etc.

don't forget once you pay your msrp then its also a good idea to have private medical cover to help with your dental fee,s and perscriptions for drug medication..

A lot of employers offer some kind of extended benefits, so probably best to see what their employer could offer in that regard first.

If your a professional or semi-professional in a decent job, employer probably will provide some sort as a benefit, so best to check there first.
