Oh dear! .. I really like the Fraser Valley. Kind of has the best of both worlds.. close enough to the city but far enough away at the same time. Plus we are much closer to the mountains and lakes etc.

don't forget once you pay your msrp then its also a good idea to have private medical cover to help with your dental fee,s and perscriptions for drug medication..
Private medical cover costs around another $130 a month

It's MSP.

A lot of employers offer some kind of extended benefits, so probably best to see what their employer could offer in that regard first.

If one isn't sick a lot or in need of major dental work, its sometimes cheaper to just pay out of pocket. Everyone is different of course, but its not always necessary to pay for supplemental insurance.

If your a professional or semi-professional in a decent job, employer probably will provide some sort as a benefit, so best to check there first.
