Can anyone tell me why I can check my online status using the receipt number
I got but my fiance in the Philippines cant?

When she tries it says it cant find that receipt.

Tell her to get another good isp or if shes using i-card then get a new one that is fast. Or if she just renting a computer in the shop then its an Internet Service Provider. ANd remind her to type the receipt number carefully and check it first before hit the enter. Or perhaps it has something to do with the internet explorer which is not updated.
