Question about form IMM1344A (E)
I am from Vietnam but now become a Canadian citizen here. Have some
questions regarding try to sponsor my wife from China.
Form IMM1344A (Application to sponsor and undertaking)

Q.10 Are you a
Canadian citizen?
> I got my citizenship in 1986 but lost the card few
years later but did get a new one
> do I enter the original citizenship date and provide
an explaination why since the
> photocopy of current card do not march the date ???
Permanent resident?
> How do I answer this?
Q. 11 Record of landing/confirmation of permanent resident number
> Do I enter the file number from IMM 1000 ???
[C section]
Q. 6 Adress where the person you sponsoring lives
> Do I enter the translated address (from Chinese to English) there??
Do I have to
> write the Chinese address also?
Q. 7 Mailing address, if different from above
> Same question as Q.6
Q. 8 Visa Office (optional)
> What do I fill in this box?
