"Boerewors" and Aus BBQ
Boerewors is a South African BBQ sausage (also called farmers sausage) and it tastes fantastic on the barbie.

Seeing as how love for the BBQ in Australia and South Africa seem to be similar, I was wondering if you can get it there?
Ingredients
2 kg of chuck beef (fat and gristle removed)
750 de-boned thick rib of pork
200 g of pork fat (spek)
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons salt
a good pinch of nutmeg
½ cup vinegar
What do you guys like? I heard Kangaroo is something special

Saffas are the bbq champions. Aussies have not got a clue.
If you want any bbq advice, ask me.

You can get boerewors at Coles, its tastes good and not badly priced. A bit confusing as the butcher company is called "the british sausage co" (or something close).

Correct! Everyone knows the BBQ was invented in Africa. Everytime an Aussie has a braai, Nelson Mandela gets a dollar.
