Edmonton Municipal Airport does not record snow on the ground so the closest I can get is Edmonton International Airport (Leduc).

Snow on the ground is the third column from the right.

If you jump ahead to January it is quite surprising, I don't think I've ever seen that much snow on the ground in Edmonton in all the time I've lived in Alberta.
