Im Kenyan living in the Uk. My canadian fiancee and i want to get marriage in the Uk but my visa here runs out soon and maybe expired during the process. How will this affect the process and can we still proceed? Thanks.

Thanks but it is to do with immigrating to canada where we hope to settle once married. We want to hold our ceremony in the Uk thou thus my question.
