Pre July 2002 cases
Hi,
I believe it was PMM or Andrew Miller who kept saying throughout this forum that applicants who applied before July 2002 would end up with longer time durations for their processing due to differences in the application forms, waiting for processes to be cleared thru the courts etc.
My question is, if an applicant who applied before July 2002 gets an Interview Waiver, would he now fall in the same line as post July 2002 applicants who have received their Interview waivers? The next step now would be medicals and background checks.

Yes, once such applicant gets interview waiver and file is updated to new law's standards then case goes into the same stage as other cases that got waivers or passed interview.
