Default Tropic Euro: HTF did this get onto my computer?

Computer decided it needed power so it went to sleep while we had a momentary power blip. When it restarted, a Java program called Tropic Euro started automatically. The wife insists she didn't install anything and indeed the Start menu entry shows a link under my profile, not hers. I don't remember installing anything though it might be one of those sneakware applications that install themselves as part of something completely unrelated.

Anyway, it doesn't appear in Add/Remove programs, there's no Program Files directory for it, only the Start Menu entry which points to a Java Web Start thing. So besides deleting the Java cache and the Start menu entry, is there anything else I can do to purge this unwanted crap? (maybe it's actually a good game and not malware; however, anything that installs itself without me noticing is automatically sinbinned).
