ENS is now part of Skill Select

It means you can apply straight away for ENS without requiring an invite, ENS doesn't require an invite.

I also have found the same in my EOI for the category 186 and 187 visa type. So far I know, there will be required Transaction Reference Number (TRN) from the employer to apply this type of visa. Am I right? Please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

If you have an employer willing to sponsor then I suppose you enter some sort of nomination reference number and apply, if not you just have to wait until you are invited before you can apply.

If you are successful with the 187 visa, do you have to stay with that employer for a set amount of time after the visa has been granted?
