Please chuck in your favourite myths.

Mine is the JFK - Jelly Donut situation.

He didn't say he was a Jelly Donut, nobody laughed at him. Anyone that thinks otherwise is a Jelly Donut.

There's a direct correlation between shoe size and willy size. Who was it talking about big shoes recently?

Hhhmm, I'd have said sock size directly correlated to shoe size as opposed to any other part of the anatomy.

Ugh..those Zeitgeist guys really get on my goat. But I still think there are things the public has not been told about 9/11.

911 stuff is classic. Good shout. Problem is that if you're thick, it's probably quite convincing. As Paracletus says, there may well be stuff we don't know but I think that is applicable to so much with governments.

I also dislike the myth that a Big Mac only has pickle in to stop it from being classed as confectionary / sweets. Utter balls.

I get quite irritated with people who forward emails or post on FB about stuff that is clearly a hoax without checking it. People are so gullible and love to think that there are all sorts of evil people out there giving posioned sweets to children or making poisonous lipsticks. Takes second to check on Snopes.

Hmm, although I believe the 9/11 conspiracy theories are arrant nonsense, nonetheless I don't feel we were ever given an adequate explanation for Larry Silverstein's "pull it" comment...
