Vehicle registration

Vehicle registration
We have a Spanish car and are moving house .We live near Antequera and are staying in the local area . Do we really have to go to Malaga to change the address on the vehicle registration paperwork or can it been done on-line or at a more local office . Any info about this would be helpful....

what paperwork do we need to do it by post ,and where do we get it from ?
