It isn't, by any standard of decency. I fail to see how it could be Constitutional to force someone to undergo a medical procedure against their will. But then of course the Court is dominated by conservatives (the real activist judges). Another example of "government out of our lives', but not out of yours.

Personally, I think that this is where government should step in and throw out religious right-wing garbage like this.

If there were actual separation of church and state here, that's what government would be for.

They believe that local governments could adopt official religions and enforce biblical law.
