But as the article says, they ae currently running at an annual loss of £10 million, they will automatically lose 10 points if they do go into administration, but if they lose the tax case it may well be farewell Rangers

The 10 point deduction is meaningless at present as it would keep them comfortably in second place.

I assume this is a negotiation tactic with the tax man. I guess we will have to wait 10 days to find out if they chose to go this route or not. As I am guessing they will both bring it to the brink.
