He's flying in Dar-es-Salaam at the mo, for the next six weeks, but I asked him tonight on the phone - he has no idea! I told him he was a Cradle and that this might possibly not be good. If anybody would like to PM me with the whole list of what the negatives might encompass I would be delighted and most grateful. I did the same after a couple of years here in France, it's difficult to get cross if people are using horrid words if you don't understand what the hell is going on. Please.... I am ignorant, not stupid, but I had never imagined this sort of stuff was going on. Ignorance isn't bliss.

hmmmm my hubby is a cradle, I don't take it as being something horrid, just as a word that refers to someone born here (as were his parents and grandparents ((I think the granparents were they may have come over as tiny babies from Germany but I don't think so)).
