I have used HiFX in March 2011 to transfer a significant amount for a deposit for house, and have used them many times before, IMPORTANT they are covered by the UK FSA guarantees (used to be £50,000 limit, think its about £85,000) so if anything goes wrong with them during the time they have your money you are covered, definately worth considering if you are sending lots of dosh! http://www.hifx.co.uk/en/Why-HiFX/Re...formation.aspx Also we got brilliant exchange rates and the money arrived within 24 hours for one transaction as the UK bank had same day pay program.
