Default Hi from Colorado Springs

Hi everyone,
Just found this website as I'm having problems getting a new passport...but....have lived in the US for 25 years, lived in Co. Springs for 10, Virginia Beach before that, love it here.

Waiting for snow....usually we would have had snow since October but it's been mild...anyway hi to all!!!

Kate

Hello Kate...welcome to our little cyber community of British Expats. We've have a lovely mild fall here in NJ but December brought zero temps...most days we aren't getting anywhere near 32 F.

We have a few members who live in Colorado and they seem to like living there too. We also have several members who live or have lived in VB. I see you have already started posting in our US forums. The people who post in the US forums are a lovely bunch of people...I'm sure you'll enjoy your time with us.

If you require any assistance finding your way around BE's many forums we have a team of concierges who will act as your tour guide...they will be pleased to help you. The concierge for the US forums is Kaffy Mintcake...please contact her if you need pointing in the right direction.

If you have any problems or concerns please contact a mod or admin. The mods for the US forums are Bob and MsElui. Although you can contact any mod or admin...there is usually one of us around 24/7.

Please give me a shout if I can be of further help. I look forward to seeing you in the US forums.

Hi Kate,

Welcome to BE, sounds like the UK has got more snow than your neck of the woods I love Colorado, have visited 3 times to ski and the scenery is breathtaking.

Anyway I hope you enjoy being part of our community and that you stick around. We've got some great members here and I'm sure you will make lots of friends.

Hello Kate! Never fear - something tells me snow will be in your future before you know it. Or you can have some of mine, pretty please?

Welcome to BE. I look forward to getting to know you! Please don't hesitate to ask if I can help you find your way around.
