Best bank to open a secured line of credit with?

Best bank to open a secured line of credit with?
Hi,
Well our credit is once again in the pits after Washington Mutual got bought out by Chase we lost our beloved secured line of credit (with free emails when you credit score changed!!)
We tried to open one with Chase but they don't offer one
Can anyone suggest a bank that has a great secured line program similar to the one at WaMu? Any suggestions helpful.

Dunno if it's "great" or not, but Bank of America offers one.

Capital one does a secured card. Can't say it's 'great' but has been fine so far.
