Unhappy Rethinking fiance visa. PLEASE HELP ME?

I last posted in April. My fiance and I were thinking of getting a fiance visa for him to come over. I dont make enough money to support him, my daughter, and I according to requirements. I have no co sponsor. SO we abandoned that idea and went with me moving there (since I am a dual citizen). Now tjhat I have sold everything, I find that I cannot leave my daughter (lives with her dad), even tho I have a schedule to get her at xmas and summer.

So I am thinking of re suggesting the idea of him coming over here, and I plan to get a 2nd job. I make $19,241. I need $22,500. So I was thinking if I get a job for 8-10 hours extra a week I can make the difference. All my past income info is solid over the limit.

I am scared to suggest this change to my fiance. He is a defeatist. I am afraid he will think that this is my way to not be together...which is absolutely NOT true. I love him and never want to live without him. I am afraid he will not want to wait another 5 months that it will take to approve the fiance petition in California...and then more to go over to London.

Id love to get opinions advice...

Many people take on an extra job to sufficiently bump up their income to satisfy the requirements. Once the requirements are met, there's no obligation to remain working at the second job.

Sorry - this isn't something we can help with. If he's a defeatist, then that's something you're either going to have to work around or walk away from! What I do see - is that you're doing everything, and he's doing nothing. Are you sure you want to live your life like that?

If your Daughter lives with her Dad, does she need to be added to the amount of money needed for your fiancee to qualify?

I asked the same question as to whether i need to provide proof of support for my daughter even tho she is joint custody...and I believe the answer is yes.

and to reply to the earlier post...yes I have been told that it does seem like I am doing everything to maintain this relationship. He isnt working in the UK, and thats why it is impossible for me to move over there...as he has no money...so I figured that since i do have a job with benefits...(not paid very good) but its better than no job...it might be the best option.
