Hi All,
Can anybody tells me that what's the NOC of a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. I searched at www5.hrsdc.gc.ca but did't fine any information.

Hi , wish you the best luck , but you have to have some patience as I have been advised before 
it all depends on your main duties,as it is being said before here in this forum and WIKI CANADA IS DIFFERENT.
but as a start check NOC 2171,2173,2175, and see where you fit in

The only IT experience that is eligible for FSW1 in 0213 which is management on the list of "38" . None of the other IT positions are eligible.
