Beware!!! The passport centre in Madrid are a load of money scammers I think they get commission of DHL !!! My pictures were to far away then they have the nerve to send it back and charge 13 euros!!! Now new photos and wait again. And pay â‚¬163.00 PLUS 13.00 euros delivery. Why cant we send them to UK for Â£80.00 !!! RIP OFF again the ex-pats
