The best solution is to have your own (little) business.
If Internet related, it's even better.
Without offending anyone on these forums, I don't think it's a great idea to leave a job in UK to look for jobs in Greece.

You must find something you are good at and start your own venture, no matter the risk, no matter the cost.

It all boils down what do you want from life ...
