H1B transfer while outside US
Can a H1B be transferred to a different company when outside the US.
Not been to US yet and havent wored with the company that sponsored the approved H1B. Now, If I want to transfer the H1B will there be any issues.

The new company would need to apply for new H-1B status for you. They may be able to argue that you are not subject to the H-1B cap because you have already been counted. Hopefully that will work, although sometimes CIS believes that you have not been counted towards the cap if you never actually "activated" the H-1B status.
